In order to issue certificates to students, an administrator needs to have onboarded the Diwala platform, created a course, and invited their students to enroll. You should start inviting your students as soon as possible, to give them time to onboard before graduation. Please see this video on how you invite and enroll students in a course. If you still have students in your applicant's section, that have not onboarded to the course yet, you can do the following steps to fix this.

  1. Is the phone number or email you invited the student with is spelled correctly?

  2. Check that the email or phone number is the same information the student used to sign up for the Diwala App with. If the student is communicating to you that they have the app downloaded and they have signed up, but the green Enroll button in Applicant's section is still not appearing for you, they might have signed up with different contact information. If that is the case, just remove the old invite in the Applications section and send the student a new invitation. Alternatively, communicate to them the course code they need to enroll in, and when they enter the code in their app they will appear in your applicant's section.

    If this has happened to more than 1 student, you should go over your student list double-check if there are more double-up invitations in the applicant section, and remove the inactive contact cards.

  3. Has the Student seen the Invitation email? Try re-inviting the student by clicking on the "re-invite" button on the student's name box in the Applicant section. The student will then receive a new invitation link with the Course Code.

  4. If the email is not appearing in the main inbox, ask the student to search through promotions or spam folders. If the student still cannot find the email, you can also simply tell them the course code they need to enroll in. They are not required to receive the email in order to enroll in your course. Find the course code in your course code section and communicate it to them.


  5. You can try inviting your student with his/her mobile number instead of email, or the other way around.

  6. Is the student having onboarding or signing up issues? Ask the student to download the Diwala App, and guide them on how to navigate it to add the course code using this guide β€‹πŸ‘‰ ​Navigating the Diwala App: A Guide for Skill Holders.

  7. Does the student lack a smartphone device? Click the 3 dots in the corner of the Student Card, to Create an Identity for the student. See further instructions on
