One of the ways administrators can invite thousands of students to enroll in the courses is by using a CSV file.
The CSV file could, however, fail to upload the students' information, if it is not formatted in the right way.
The CSV file should have a 3 columns
- 1 column having the students' Names (optional)
- 1 column with emails
- 1 column with Phone numbers
Please name the columns Name, Email & Phone

Kindly note; The phone numbers need to be in a different column from the emails! However, you do not need to have both the student's email and phone number for them to be onboarded. You can use either of the two. If you add both, the person will currently receive 2 invitations for each contact point.
It is also important to note that the Phone number Column needs to be in TEXT FORMAT, with a +256 or other country code at the beginning of every phone number.
Select the Number Column and right-click with your mouse and select Format Cells.
Then select Text and OK.
Add the plus sign in front of the number. Now you should be good to go!
Make sure you don't have any spelling errors or additional spaces.
